Funciones del Puesto
Lead the financial, administrative, and compliance management of the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, accounting integrity, and strategic alignment with corporate objectives. This role is critical for data-driven decision-making, cost control, and long-term business sustainability.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full financial cycle: accounting, treasury, budgeting, taxes, and audits
• Implement and monitor financial and administrative KPIs
• Lead financial planning, profitability analysis, and production cost control
• Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, and strategic suppliers
• Ensure legal, fiscal, and regulatory compliance across all operations
• Coordinate administrative functions: procurement, contracts, insurance, fixed assets, and general services
• Support strategic decisions through in-depth financial analysis and predictive modeling
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams with a focus on efficiency, ethics, and continuous improvement
Requisitos del Puesto
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools (Excel, SAP, ERP systems, BI tools)
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, IFRS, internal controls, and auditing
• Proven experience leading teams of 10+ people
• High analytical capacity, strategic thinking, and results orientation
• Intermediate to advanced English (preferred for regional reporting)
Experiencia Deseada
Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing sector
