Funciones del Puesto
As an EV Mobility Sales Advisor, you will engage directly with two high-value segments:
• High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI)
• Corporate Decision-Makers and C-Level Executives
Your mandate: Lead diagnostic-driven, consultative engagements that go far beyond product features—designing tailored end-to-end electric mobility solutions that meet sophisticated financial, operational, and sustainability objectives.
You will operate with full professional autonomy within an independent, entrepreneurial structure.
• Key Responsibilities Conduct deep, strategic needs assessments to understand each client’s financial, operational, and ESG-driven goals.
• Design and present highly customized proposals with clear business value—anchored in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Return on Investment (ROI), and sustainability impact.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted counsel throughout complex decision-making processes.
• Build and nurture a long-term portfolio of high-value relationships, positioning our client as the undisputed partner of choice in electric mobility.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations and close significant contracts with both individual and corporate clients.
Requisitos del Puesto
We are seeking high-performing, self-driven leaders with a track record of delivering results in high-value consultative sales.
• Mastery of structured consultative sales methodologies and diagnostic selling techniques.
Experiencia Deseada
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven success in complex, solution-oriented sales. Backgrounds in luxury automotive, enterprise technology, capital equipment, or private wealth advisory are highly valued.
Habilidades Deseadas
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to create and defend business cases at an executive level.
• Impeccable executive presence and superior communication skills for engaging with a sophisticated clientele.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, disciplined, and highly autonomous. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields is desirable.
