Funciones del Puesto

▪ Standard Costing: Establish and periodically review labor rates, material costs, and overheads.
▪ Cost Management: Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and cost forecasts.
▪ Variance Analysis: Identify and explain discrepancies between actual and standard costs, proposing immediate corrective
actions.
▪ Process Optimization: Analyze the value chain to detect inefficiencies in manufacturing or service processes.
▪ Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Cost KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports for senior management.
▪ Inventory Control: Supervise stock valuation and participate in physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.

Requisitos del Puesto

▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Finance. An MBA or specialization in Finance is highly valued.
▪ Structured and independent working style and ability to work in a team
▪ Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, cost auditing, or analytical accounting.
▪ Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
▪ Solid experience with ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
▪ Knowledge: Strong foundation in accounting and costing methodologies (ABC, Standard, Marginal).
▪ Experience with the BI tool Corporate Planner desirable.
▪ Fluent English skills
