Funciones del Puesto

- Recover declined client payments through communication, negotiation, and resolution of outstanding balances while preserving positive client relationships.

- Submit financing applications to third-party lenders and close files for canceled clients.

- Manage and adjust client payment plans, including adding fees for declined payments and restarting payments when necessary.
Issue payment receipts and invoices upon client request.

- Maintain accurate tracking of declined payments and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient recovery.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline payment recovery processes.

Requisitos del Puesto

- Accuracy in data entry and documentation of client interactions and payment updates.

- Effective collaboration with team members to fulfill collection-related tasks.

- Preferred experience in Salesforce.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experiencia Deseada

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related customer-facing financial role.
