Funciones del Puesto

Provide support to implement and sustain the company quality system; monitoring the results and collaborating with the design of necessary corrective and preventive actions in order to contribute to customer satisfaction and compliance with our Quality standards. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
Create and update daily reports with metrics corresponding to product quality processes in order to monitor production quality.
Verify compliance with manufacturing quality standards at both plants.
Work with Production Supervisors/managers on problem solving top defects, doing RCA's and developing action plans to correct and prevent defect
Ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance with the dictated specifications.
Instruct the different production areas on the client's specifications, by conducting Q Alerts, and the processes to follow to comply with what is required.
Periodically audit the manufacturing processes, create reports and options for improvement when necessary.
Guarantee the updating of the materials used in production through the monthly audit of the material letters

• Carry out daily reports on quality indicators in the production modules of each plant.
• Follow-up of actions with the corresponding personnel.
• Carry out the Q Alerts, which will allow verifying the client's requirements.
• Carry out everything related to questions generated by the plant and its subsequent actions (updating and delivery of information to the corresponding personnel).
• Perform daily sampling of the Apparel process and report to the Quality Manager if necessary.
• Advise supervisors or operators in the production process.
• Create corrective action plans when necessary.
• Audit the materials letter monthly.

Industrial Engineer
Advanced English
Experience in roles implementing Quality systems
Lean Manufacturing
Experience in the free zone sector or manufacturing companies
Textile companies experience
