Funciones del Puesto
Responsibilities:
• Prepares, executes, reports, and follows up on clients’ visits to inform them on latest product and services.
• Leads contract negotiations with his/her accounts (Trade and Corporate) and creates tailor-made solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and AFKL revenue growth.
• Ensures the correct application of the Pricing and Distribution policies.
• Ensures solution for client’s issues and consequently provides feedback to relevant departments.
• Prospects new corporate and trade clients.
• Report relevant information / action plan of each call into Sales Force.
• Participates actively in AFKL and clients’ events and develops strong working relationships with key interfaces in order to develop AFKL’s awareness and branding in the market.
• Updates and promotes the clients about products/services including workshops and other supporting marketing actions.
• Organizes digital workshops for his/her clients (corpo & trade).
• Analyses his/her accounts’ performance in order to identify client’s needs and to maximize contract negotiations.
• Monitors and reports on competitor’s activities and market trends.
• Suggests adaptations to Pricing, Distribution, Sales Policies when needed to maintain the Group`s competitiveness and/or capture new potential business
• Handles and administrates commercial gestures.
• Prospects through phone calls or visits, new potential contracts for corporates.
Requisitos del Puesto
Requirements:
• Career in tourism or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of airline sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the airline market in Costa Rica.
• Knowledge and experience of the outdoor sales job
• Good practice of MS office and AFKL sales tools
• Affinity with IT tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish (French and/or Dutch optional)
• Living in San Jose, Costa Rica
