Funciones del Puesto
Responsibilities: This entry-level role supports the leader of a marketing team, completes assigned initiatives, and supports defined marketing strategies and tactical plans. This includes executing go-to-market activities that support the organization's objectives, such as driving purchase rates and growth. The role works under the direction and guidance of a Marketing Manager or a similar position to manage and complete all activities and deliverables of assigned projects.
Marketing Strategy Execution: Manage the execution and coordination of marketing plans to achieve growth objectives. Develop, implement, and track specific digital marketing initiatives, such as email, paid media, social media, SMS, and JCOM/ecommerce. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Support inbound or outbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, physical or virtual events, etc.). Collaborate with the Products/Merchandising team on all product launches and their marketing positioning.
Data Tracking/Analysis: Manage and update the marketing performance dashboard to monitor key KPIs identified for the business and report findings. Collaborate with analytics counterparts to analyze and report campaign performance and efficiency using Salesforce Reports. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to influence future marketing strategies.
Sales Representative Support: Understand the needs of representatives to support the growth of their accounts (improvements in purchase rate, net account growth, unit sales, gross revenue, and EBITDA) by establishing relationships and maintaining constant communication with them. Develop necessary materials, visual merchandising, and support for key representative events, both in digital format and at school events. Implement ways to help representatives evolve local marketing and grow local revenue through corporate marketing support.
Requisitos del Puesto
Bachelor's degree in related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experiencia Deseada
1-2 years of experience in developing professional marketing communications and general marketing.
Habilidades Deseadas
Solid understanding of marketing elements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Learning Ability, Creativity, Time Management, Organization and Planning, Results Orientation.
Advanced English.
