KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and supervise all activities of the Human Resources department.
* Develop and maintain the organizational climate.
* Manage talent and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
* Implement HR strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
* Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
* Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts.
* Implement training and development programs.
Requisitos del Puesto
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 5 years of managerial or leadership experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
* Solid knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation.
* Fluent in English, B2-C1, advanced Excel.
* 100% on-site role.
